6:45am - Swimmer arrival - Go directly to deck for warm ups (Coaches will be on deck to facilitate)

6:50am - Warmups (start with 6U)

8:00am - Meet Start

3:50pm: Tent Parent Arrival

4:00pm: Geyser swimmer check-in (Contact Coach Rachel if your swimmer can't make it last minute: 281-813-9040)

4:25pm-4:50pm: Geyser swimmer warm-ups

4:30pm: Volunteer Check-in - Please check in with Betsy Schade. If you do not check in, you do not get credit. If something comes up, it is your responsibility to contact Betsy directly (804-319-7993)

4:45pm: Volunteer meeting (timer/scribe/runner meeting and a separate Stroke Judge meeting at 4:45pm. CW would like both 1st and 2nd half stroke judges (and relay judges) at that SJ meeting so that we don't have to have another. )

4:55pm: National Anthem followed by meet start

5:00pm: Meet Start

3:50pm: Tent Parent Arrival

4:00pm: Geyser swimmer check-in

4:25pm: Geyser swimmer warm-ups

4:30pm: Volunteer Check-in - Please check in with Betsy Schade. If you do not check in, you do not get credit. If something comes up, please let her know ASAP.

4:45pm: Report to Volunteer Stations

4:55pm: National Anthem followed by meet start

• Time trials will take place at Pool 1 following team pictures.
• 6&U will only race the 25 freestyle.
• 7-8s and 9-10s will race the 25 freestyle, 25 breaststroke, 25 backstroke, and 25 butterfly.
• 11-12s, 13-14s, and Opens will race the 50 freestyle, 50 breaststroke, 50 backstroke, and 50 butterfly.
• There will be no relays.
• We will send arrival times per age group, so keep an eye out for that email!
