How to Declare Your Swimmer for a Meet
Every week, you need to tell the Coach Rachel whether your swimmer will be at Monday's meet. It only takes a minute on the website or the SwimTopia app.
The important stuff
- All meets are on Mondays. (except if there's a holiday)
- Declarations are due by the Friday before each meet.
- If you don't declare, your swimmer will NOT be entered in the meet. You have to choose Attending this meet.
Declaring on the website
Go to greatwoodgeysers.swimtopia.com and click Sign In in the top right. Use the email and password for your SwimTopia account (the same account you used to register).
Step 1: Sign-In
Step 2: Open the meet calendar
Step 3: Click "Meet Entry" next to the meet
Step 4: Click "Edit" next to your swimmer
Step 5: Choose "Attending this meet"

Need to change your answer?
Before Friday's deadline, just click the light green Meet Entry – EDIT button, change the drop-down, and click Save. After the deadline, sign-up closes. Please email or text Coach Rachel as soon as possible if your plans change.
Don't forget your volunteer job
Every meet needs parent volunteers to run. While you're declaring, check the meet's Job Sign-Up and grab a shift. See the Family Participation page under Information for details.
Troubleshooting
I don't see a Meet Entry button.
Make sure you're signed in. If you are, sign-up for that meet may not be open yet (Pending) or may already be closed.
My swimmer isn't listed.
Only swimmers registered on your account for this season will show up. Contact the registrar for help.
I missed the Friday deadline.
Email or Text Coach Rachel right away. We can't promise a late entry, but we'll do our best.
