Mon Jun 21 2021	HOME Swim Meet vs Sugar Creek Greatwood Pool #1 Start: 5:00 PM Warm-up: 4:00 PM Please have your swimmer report to their tents by 3:35 to be marked. We warm up a 4:00 and the meet will begin promptly at 5:00. A few reminders about the meet. Please be sure to pack snacks and drinks for your swimmer. It is going to be hot and we want everyone to stay hydrated. Please do not put sunscreen on your swimmers left side so the tent parents can label them with all the necessary meet information. Please follow the no parking signs. We are not allowed to park on the neighborhood side streets. There is no parking the the circle drive in front of the pool unless you have VIP parking for the season. End time is approximate. BRING CHAIRS FOR YOUR SWIMMER It’s a good idea to pack water and healthy snacks/sandwiches to get you and your gang through the meet. We will have a small galley with water and some snacks. Pack separately for each swimmer since they will be eating with their groups. PARENTS WILL WRITE SWIMMER NUMBERS BEFORE ARRIVING We will be sending swimmer numbers and ask that parents write their swimmer numbers on their back /shoulder /arm. Instructions will be sent for new parents. Please use a black sharpie. Please follow the no parking signs. We are not allowed to park on the neighborhood side streets. Mon Jun 29 2020	HOME Swim Meet Greatwood Pool #1 Start: 4:00 PM Warm-up: 3:45 PM End: 8:30 PM New Meet Schedule: 3:45-4:00 - 6u warm up 4:00-4:30 - 6u swim 4:30-4:45 - 7/8 warm up 4:45-5:30 - 7/8 swim 5:30-5:45 - 9/10 warm up 5:45-6:30 - 9/10 swim 6:30-6:45 - 11/12 warm up 6:45-7:30 - 11/12 swim 7:30-7:45 - 13/14 and open warm up 7:45-8:30 - 13/14 and open swim PARENTS WILL FULLY MARK UP THEIR CHILDREN BEFORE ARRIVING (Swimmer number and events). To assist the tent parents and to reduce contact, before you report for the meet, please use a black sharpie marker to write the assigned number (including the GG) on your swimmer's left shoulder blade and left hand. On the inside of the left forearm, write the swimmer events. If your child is signed up to swim, you must sign up for a volunteer shift. PARENTS MAY BRING CHAIRS TO set up outside of the pool gates since inside is for swimmers, coaches, board members, volunteers, and race viewing only! We are asking that all volunteers (regardless of position) wear a mask.
